Jean-Louis Mosca is a French entrepreneur, founder of Ascom Invest, a family investment holding company and majority shareholder of both BYmyCAR and COSMOBILIS.

In 1998, he acquired his first car dealership in Albertville, marking the beginning of the BYmyCAR journey, which has since become the leading automotive distribution group in Europe.

To support the network’s growth, he created BMC Property (now Ascom Real Estate), a real estate structure that consolidates the group’s commercial and hospitality-related assets.

Convinced of the potential of digitalization in the sector, he invested in bee2link in 2013, a leading SaaS provider for dealership digitalization.

In 2021, he co-founded COSMOBILIS alongside Carlos Gomes and later Xavier Cotelle, with the ambition of creating a global ecosystem dedicated to new mobility solutions.

Jean-Louis Mosca est un entrepreneur français, fondateur d’Ascom Invest, holding d’investissement familiale et actionnaire majoritaire des groupes BYmyCAR et COSMOBILIS.

En 1998, il réalise l’acquisition de sa première concession automobile à Albertville, marquant le point de départ du développement de BYmyCAR, devenu depuis le premier groupe de distribution automobile français en Europe.

Pour accompagner la croissance du réseau, il crée BMC Property (devenue Ascom Real Estate), structure immobilière regroupant les actifs commerciaux et para-hôteliers du groupe.

Convaincu du potentiel de la digitalisation dans le secteur, il investit en 2013 dans bee2link, éditeur SaaS leader de la digitalisation des concessions.

En 2021, il co-fonde le groupe COSMOBILIS aux côtés de Carlos Gomes, puis Xavier Cotelle, avec l’ambition de créer un écosystème global au service des nouveaux usages de mobilité.
