COSMOBILIS, holding firm of BYmyCAR, on schedule to take on board the car rental firm Ucar
Journal de l'automobileUcar will join the new entity Cosmobilis, the holding company of the BYmyCAR distribution group. Jean-Claude Puerto, founder of the rental company, is selling 67% of the capital and joining the new shareholder pool of the holding. The remaining shares are subject to a public tender offer.

L'ArgusThe Cosmobilis Group (ByMyCar) is set to acquire a majority stake in the short-term rental company Ucar, founded and led by Jean-Claude Puerto. The two parties signed a memorandum of understanding on April 8, 2022.
